Novel Solution

We are located in C 403 at Mulvarry Medowes. It’s right near Khadakpada in Kalyani West. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it’s quieter than the main markets. We started Novel Solution because we saw a need for what we do here. It’s not a huge operation. Just a small team working out of this space. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. It keeps us fit, I guess. We handle a lot of different requests. Every day brings something new. We don't use big words or fancy talk. We just listen to what people need and see if we can help. The office is a bit cluttered with papers and samples, but we know where everything is. Mostly. It’s a comfortable place to work. We drink a lot of tea while we’re figuring things out. Being near Khadakpada is convenient for us. There are some decent places to grab lunch nearby. We’ve been in Kalyani West for a bit now and like the vibe. It’s not as crazy as the city center. We don't spend money on big ads. Usually, someone tells a friend about us and that’s how we get by. It’s a steady way to do business. We just keep our heads down and get the job done. It’s not flashy, but it works for the people around here.
