Our pharmacy college is located out in Asangaon, which is in the Thane district. It’s a bit of a way out from the main city center, but that gives us a bit more space. The 421601 pin code area is where we are based. We focus on training people for the pharmacy profession. It’s a lot of lab work and studying thick books about medicines and chemicals. The college has been here for some time now. We have labs with all the tubes and equipment needed, and the classrooms are usually full of students during the day. Asangaon is a growing place, and having a college here means local students don't always have to travel all the way into Mumbai or central Thane. It gets quite busy during exam season, with everyone stressed out and drinking tea at the nearby stalls. We are just a group of educators and staff trying to run a decent college. The building is functional; it’s built for science and learning, not for looks. We have some green patches around, but mostly it's about the labs and the library. We don't promise anything impossible, just the education required to become a pharmacist. It’s hard work for the students, and we just provide the place and the guidance they need to get through it. Most people here are just trying to build a career in medicine and healthcare.
