We operate out of C/4 Sai Darshan Society in Gawali Nagar, Kalyan East. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than being right in the middle of a big market. We’re quite close to Sunita Colony, which is how most people find their way to us. Our office is basically a room filled with catalogs, fabric swatches, and samples of wood and tiles. It’s usually a bit of a mess because we’re always pulling things out to show people or to see how colors look together in the light. We spend a lot of our time traveling back and forth between different sites, so we aren't always sitting at our desks. When we are there, we’re usually on the phone with suppliers or trying to sketch out a layout on a piece of paper. It’s just a few of us working together, and we’ve known each other for a long time. We like to keep things simple and just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because usually, they are. We don't go for any of that high-pressure stuff. We just listen to what someone wants for their home and then try to figure out a way to make it happen without too much trouble. Sometimes things go wrong with a delivery or a measurement is off, and we just have to stay late to fix it. That’s just the way it goes in this business.
