Royal Catering Services

We are located right on Agra Road. It’s a noisy part of town with all the trucks and cars passing by, but it works for us since we are always moving stuff in and out for our jobs. Most of our work happens in the back where the kitchen is. We started doing catering because we liked cooking for big family gatherings, and then it just turned into a daily job. We handle all sorts of events, from small house parties to bigger weddings where things get a bit chaotic. It’s a lot of heavy lifting, carrying big metal pots and crates of plates. Sometimes we stay up really late prepping vegetables or making sure the rice is just right for the next morning. My cousins help out most of the time. We don't have a fancy office or anything; it’s mostly just us answering the phone and writing down menus on whatever paper is handy. Agra Road is busy, so parking for the vans can be a struggle sometimes. We’ve had some long days where things didn't go perfectly, like a stove acting up or a delivery being late, but we always figure it out eventually. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around, just a local team that knows how to feed a crowd. It’s hard work, but seeing people finish their plates makes it worth the sore feet.
