We set up Pharma Kos right inside Vrindavan Society. It’s a quiet spot compared to the main roads, which we actually prefer because we get to know the neighbors better. Being tucked away in the society means most of our visitors are the families living right here. We keep a variety of medicines and health supplies on hand since people don't always want to trek out to the bigger markets for every little thing. The shop isn't huge, but we use the space well. I usually spend my afternoons reorganizing the stock or catching up on paperwork while waiting for the next person to walk in. It's a steady pace. Sometimes we run out of something popular, and I have to call the distributor to see when they can drop more off at Vrindavan Society. Dealing with health products requires being careful, so I take my time checking labels. It isn't a high-pressure corporate office, just a local business making sure the community has access to what they need. My cousin helps out on the weekends sometimes when it gets busier. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. People just know we are here because they see us when they go for their evening walks. It’s a simple life running a pharmacy in a residential area, and we like the routine of it.
