We are located over in Dadar West, specifically in the Ashish Industrial Estate on Gokhale Road. Most people know the area because it’s always moving and full of life. We do construction work and development projects around here. It’s a small office, number 102. We spend a lot of our time out at the actual sites though, checking on the workers and making sure things are being built correctly. Building stuff in a city like this is never simple, there’s always some paperwork or some delay with materials. We just deal with it as it comes. My partner and I started this after working for other people for a long time. We know the local rules and how to get things done in this neighborhood. It’s noisy in the industrial estate, but we’re used to it by now. We handle small housing projects and some commercial renovations too. We don't have a big sales team or anything like that. Usually, it's just us answering the phone and meeting clients at the site. We keep our tools and plans in the office. It’s a basic setup but it works for what we do. If you walk down Gokhale Road South, you’ll find us easily. We’ve been part of this community for a while and we just like building things that last. It’s hard work, especially in the heat, but it’s what we know best.
