Ispat Industries Ltd

We are set up out in Dherand, which is near the post of Mothe Shahapur in Maharashtra. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren't from the area, but we like the quiet of being away from the main city rush. At Ispat Industries Ltd, our daily routine is pretty consistent. We arrive early, get the lights on, and start going through what needs to be done for the day. Being in a place like Dherand means we see a lot of the local landscape and the people who have lived here for generations. Our office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s got some mismatched furniture and stacks of paper that we swear we’ll organize next week when things slow down. We focus on the practical side of things. There’s no point in pretending to be something we aren't. We’re just a local crew handling business tasks and making sure everything is running as it should. The weather can be a bit much during the monsoon, with the rain coming down hard on the roof, but we just keep working through it. It’s a simple life out here. We don't use big words or have long meetings about things that don't matter. We just take care of the business and look forward to the end of the day like anyone else. It's a humble spot but it works for us.
