Hmb Hr Solutions is located at Shop No-9 in Maruti Village. We are right next to the Apple Stickers shop in Kalyan West, which is how most people find us. It is a small shop, but it is plenty of space for the work we do. We mostly spend our time helping local people find jobs and helping businesses find the right staff for their openings. It involves a lot of talking and looking through stacks of resumes. Kalyan is a very busy place with so many people looking for better opportunities. We started this whole thing because we saw how difficult it was for people in our area to find decent, honest work. We do not use any fancy HR software or complicated systems, just a lot of notebooks and a mobile phone that never seems to stop ringing. It gets a bit crowded in the shop sometimes when we have a few people waiting for their interviews at the same time. We just try to be helpful and give everyone a fair chance at the roles we have available. It is not exactly a glamorous job, sitting in a small office all day, but it feels good when we can help someone get hired. We know this local area very well since we have lived here for many years. If you are walking past the sticker shop, you will see us.
