Durva Event Management Group

Our group is based right on Birla College Road. It is a busy part of the neighborhood, and we have been here doing things for quite some time now. Durva Event Management Group is basically just us trying to get things organized when people have a function or a big day coming up. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass walls; it’s more of a place where we sit down and figure out the logistics. Dealing with events can be a bit of a headache with all the moving parts, but we just take it one step at a time. Birla College is a good landmark for people trying to find us. Usually, the road is crowded with students and traffic, so it feels very alive. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out at different sites, but this is where everything starts. We try to keep things simple for everyone involved. Sometimes things get a little chaotic during the peak season, but that is just how the event business goes. We don't use any fancy systems, just a lot of lists and checking in with people. It is a local operation through and through. We know the vendors around here and how things work in this specific part of town. If someone needs help with a setup, they usually just drop by or give us a shout. It’s honest work and we do our best.
