D M Dalvi & Associates

Our office, D M Dalvi & Associates, is over in Kalyan City. We’re in the D Block on the first floor of Zojwala Shopping Centre. It sits right on Agra Road, near Sahajanand Chowk. It’s a pretty busy intersection, so there is always a lot to see out the window. The shopping centre has all sorts of businesses, and we’re just one of them. We’ve got a couple of rooms where we do our work. It’s mostly just us and our computers. The floor is a bit worn in places from people moving chairs around. We don’t really mind. It feels lived in. We spend the day going through documents and talking to folks who stop by. Being in Thane, the weather can be a bit humid, so the fans are always going. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you come in, one of us will just look up from our desk. Sahajanand Chowk is a good spot because we can grab a snack or run an errand easily. The building is a bit older, but it’s sturdy and serves its purpose. We keep a low profile and just focus on the tasks we have for the day. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and we’ve been doing it this way for years now. We usually wrap things up by early evening and head home like everyone else.
