Aditya Pharma

Aditya Pharma is located in Titwala. It’s a bit further out from the main city, but we like the pace here. Most people know Titwala for the temple, but for us, it’s just where we work every day. Our setup is very basic. We have a small warehouse area and an office that’s basically just a table and some chairs. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We handle pharma products and make sure they get to where they’re supposed to go. It’s mostly local work. We know the roads around here well, even the ones that get muddy during the monsoon. We don’t have a big team or a human resources department. It’s just a few of us making sure the bills are paid and the customers are happy. Sometimes things move slowly, but that’s just how it is in a place like this. We don’t try to act like a big city firm. We’re just a local business in Titwala. We spend a lot of time just talking to people who come by. It’s a simple way of doing things. We don't have a fancy logo or a big sign, just our name on the door. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week. We might not be the biggest, but we've been here for a while now and we know the area well.
