We are based in Manisha Nagar, which is a pretty well-known spot around here for anyone looking to get around. Om Tour And Traveller started because there was always a need for people to get from one place to another without too much fuss or trouble. Our day usually starts very early, sometimes before the sun is even up, checking the vehicles and making sure the drivers are ready for their trips. Manisha Nagar is a busy area, so there is always someone looking for a ride or wanting to plan a trip for their family. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to people about where they want to go and how we can get them there. It isn’t a glamorous job by any means, I can tell you that. There is a lot of traffic to deal with and sometimes the cars need repairs at the worst possible times. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting people where they need to be on time. Whether it’s a short trip to the station or a long drive way out of the city, we just handle the logistics. The office is small and usually has a few people sitting around waiting or discussing the best routes to take. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything fancy like that. It’s just us, the vehicles, and the road ahead. Every day is a bit different depending on who calls, and that keeps it interesting enough for us. We just keep moving and trying to stay on schedule.
