Kalgidhar Foundry & Agro Industries

Kalgidhar Foundry & Agro Industries has been around for some time now in the Jalon district. Our workshop is located right in the Khoya Mandi area, which stays pretty busy most days. We are not some big corporate office with glass walls. It is just a regular foundry where we work with metal and make agro parts. Most of the guys working here live nearby and they know how to handle the machines. It gets quite loud and dusty sometimes, especially when we are in the middle of a big job, but that is just how foundry work goes. We don't have any fancy reception area. It is mostly just the shop floor and a small space for our paperwork. If you are coming through Khoya Mandi, you will see us easily enough. We keep the gates open early so we can get a head start on the day. The work is hard and it isn't always pretty, but it is what we know how to do. We don't spend much time on computers or making fancy brochures. We just focus on the casting and the repairs. There is always some piece of equipment that needs fixing or something new we have to put together for the local farmers. It is a straightforward setup. We have seen a lot of changes in Jalon, but the foundry stays pretty much the same. If you need us, we are usually here until the sun sets. It is just a normal, hardworking place.
