Xplore Wayanad

We've been around Hotel Polewali Road for a while now. Most people know us as Xplore Wayanad. It started because we just really liked showing people the hidden spots around here that aren't on the usual maps. Wayanad has a lot of trees and hills, and it’s easy to get lost if you don’t know the turns. We mainly help folks figure out where to go and how to get there without too much fuss. Sometimes the weather is tricky, but we manage. It’s a small operation. Just a couple of us who know the roads well. We don't have a big fancy office, just the spot on Polewali Road. People stop by when they’re staying nearby. We talk about the trails or the best time to see the waterfalls. It’s not a big corporate thing. It’s more like asking a neighbor for directions, but we do it every day. We’ve seen the area change a bit, but the woods stay the same mostly. If you’re looking for someone who knows which path is muddy today, that’s us. We just keep things simple and try to be helpful when someone walks in. Sometimes the phone line is a bit spotty, so coming by in person is usually better. We’re just here doing our thing and helping people see the greenery. It's a nice way to spend the day, honestly. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just the ones who know the way best.
