We are located out at Plot No. 1398 in Moti Bhoyan village. If you know the Khatrej - Kalol Road, you probably know where Rama Multitech Ltd. is because we are right near them. It’s a busy spot with lots of trucks and vehicles moving around all day. Balaji Formalin Pvt. Ltd. isn't some fancy glass building. It’s a working site where we handle our business every day. Some days are loud and some are quiet, but we keep things moving. Most of us have been here long enough that the commute through Kalol becomes second nature. The weather gets pretty hot in the summer, but we have our routines to stay cool and get the work done. People often get lost finding the exact plot because the numbers can be a bit confusing around here, but once you see the sign near the main road, you’re basically there. We don't spend much time on decorations or looking slick. Most of our focus goes into the actual work we do on-site. There’s a small shop nearby where everyone gets their tea in the morning, which is a bit of a social hub for the local workers. It’s just a normal workplace with people trying to do their jobs well without making a big fuss about it. We’ve been part of this industrial patch for a while now and we know our neighbors. It's just how things are at Plot 1398.
