Sintex Rethinking Components

Down here at Plot No. 59 in Gandhinagar, things stay pretty active. We are situated in Kalol, right near the Industrial G.I.D.C. Estate. Sintex Rethinking Components has been part of this neighborhood for a while now, and we’ve seen the industrial area change quite a bit over the years. Our building is easy to find if you are familiar with the G.I.D.C. layout. It’s a practical space where we spend most of our hours working on different components and figuring out how things fit together. It isn’t the quietest place to work, especially with the neighbors running their machines, but that is just the nature of Kalol. We have a small group of people here who show up every morning and just get on with it. There are no big speeches or complicated philosophies in this office. We mostly just talk about what parts need moving or what needs fixing before the day ends. The weather in Gandhinagar can be a bit much in the summer, but the fans keep us going. We’ve had some long afternoons staring at diagrams and parts, trying to make sense of things. It’s just regular work for us. Being near the estate means we’re always around other people doing the same kind of stuff. We like being in this part of town because everything we need is right here. If you walk into Plot No. 59, you’ll likely see a bit of a mess, but we know where everything is.
