Super Industries

We are based in the Kothari Industrial Estate, specifically at Block No. 809. If you know the Kothari Char Rasta in Santej, we are very close to that intersection. It’s a busy part of Kalol, and being in the Gandhinagar district means there is always a lot of industrial activity around us. Our building is just one of many in this estate. It is a no-nonsense kind of place. We have some heavy doors and high ceilings to fit everything we need. Most of the guys here have been with us for a long time. We know each other's families and what's going on in the neighborhood. It’s not the kind of office where you see people in ties. We wear clothes that can handle a bit of dirt or grease because that is just the nature of what we do at Super Industries. The estate can get crowded with delivery trucks in the mornings, so we try to get in early to beat the rush. There is a small tea stall near the Char Rasta where we usually meet up before starting the shift. It’s a decent place to work. We don't have a lot of fancy signs or decorations. We just focus on the tasks at hand and make sure the machines are running like they should. It’s hard work, but it’s honest. We’ve been at this location for years and have seen the estate grow around Gandhinagar. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
