Pooja Plast

Pooja Plast is located down in Rakanpur, specifically on that little street known as Deepak Mamra-pauva Gali. We are right across from the Green City development, which makes us easy to find if you are in the Taluka Kalol part of Gandhinagar. Our work is all about plastics. At Plot No. 4, we have our machines set up and running for most of the day. It gets pretty hot inside during the summer months, so we keep the big fans going to try and stay cool while we work. The smell of warm plastic is just something you get used to after working here for a few days. We are a local business and we don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We just focus on the production and making sure the items we produce are sturdy and useful. The street outside is usually full of people visiting the food businesses nearby, so there is always some noise and activity. We have been at this for a good number of years now. Our staff knows the machines inside out, so they can usually tell if something is wrong just by the sound it makes. It is a straightforward way to earn a living. We don't have any big marketing plans or fancy brochures. We just do our work, talk to our neighbors, and try to keep our customers happy with the plastic goods we make here in our small unit.
