Parth Parenteral Pvt. Ltd. is situated in the G.I.D.C. Estate, right along the State Highway. It’s an industrial area, so there aren't many trees or parks around here. Our building is a plain, solid structure that was built for one thing: making our products. We deal with parenteral supplies, which means we have to be very careful about cleanliness and how we handle everything. It’s not a place for visitors or fancy tours. Most of the time, the gates are closed to keep the dust out. Inside, it’s a lot of stainless steel and people in white coats. We have a small team of workers who have been with us for years. We all eat our lunch in the same small room near the back. The State Highway is always busy, and you can hear the horns honking all day long, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have a big sales team or a department for making commercials. We just focus on the manufacturing process and making sure each batch is done correctly. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the driveway a bit muddy, but we just throw some gravel down and keep going. It’s not a glamorous business, but it’s steady and it keeps us busy. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families at the end of the shift. The supervisor likes to keep the radio on low in the office.
