Nilkant Traders

Nilkant Traders is located over in Gandhi Nagar, in the Kalol Taluka area. If you know where the Rama Chandra Swamy Temple is, we aren't far from there at all. In fact, you can usually hear the bells or see people heading that way during the festivals. It is a quiet enough part of town most days, though the heat can really get to you in the afternoons. We handle a lot of different trading items here and the inventory changes depending on what’s coming in. The shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it works for what we need. We spend most of our time checking over orders and talking to the drivers who bring the goods. It’s a lot of manual work and paperwork that never seems to end. My family has been around this area for a while, so we know most of the people passing by. Sometimes we just sit outside the door when it's slow to catch a bit of a breeze. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with fancy titles. We just open up in the morning, do what needs doing, and close up when the sun goes down. It’s a simple way to run a business. Most of the time, we are just trying to keep the shelves organized because things tend to get messy when we're busy and have a lot of stuff coming through.
