Jyoti Plastic Industries

Jyoti Plastic Industries is tucked away at Plot No. 1211/a on Vadsar Bhoyan Road. We are right opposite the Arvind Mill knit garment unit in Moti Bhoyan. Being in Gandhinagar district gives us a bit more space than being right in the middle of a crowded city. The road can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up. We’ve been operating here for a while, making various plastic items. The neighbors at the garment unit are always busy, and so are we. It’s a simple life here. We start early when the air is still a bit cool. Most of the day is spent checking the machines and making sure the raw material is flowing right. Sometimes we have issues with the transport coming down the road, but we figure it out. It’s not a polished operation with uniforms and scripted greetings. We are just a group of people who know how to work with plastic. The workshop is cluttered but we know where everything is. We don't have a marketing department; we just have our reputation and this old building. When the sun goes down, we lock up and head home to the nearby villages. It’s a steady rhythm that we’ve gotten used to over the years. We aren't looking to expand into some giant empire. We like being here in Moti Bhoyan. The commute for the workers is easy since most of them live just a short bike ride away. It's just a regular workplace.
