Pawan Industries

We are based at Plot No. 113 in the Gidc Industrial Estate. Pawan Industries has been sitting on this lot for many years now. It’s a standard industrial unit, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it's a different story with all the noise and the smell of cooling oil from the machines. We focus on manufacturing various small parts and components. The workbench near the window is where most of the fine work happens because the light is better there. We have some old metal lockers for our gear and a small stove for making tea in the afternoons. The floor is concrete and has a few cracks, but it holds up the heavy equipment well enough. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to answer emails all day. Usually, if the phone rings, we have to turn off a machine just to hear who is talking. It’s a practical way to work. We know the other shop owners on the street, and we often help each other out if someone runs out of supplies. The days go by pretty fast when there's a big order to get through. We try to keep the place somewhat tidy, but it's hard when you're working with metal and grease all day. It’s just an honest place where we put in the hours and get the job finished on time for everyone.
