K. H. Pokar

K. H. Pokar is located at Plot No. C1/b-121/18 in the GIDC Estate. It’s a modest setup where we handle our daily business. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. Most of the space is taken up by tools and materials we need for the work. It’s the kind of place where the desk is covered in sketches and scraps of paper. We started out small and we’ve mostly stayed that way, which suits us just fine. You’ll usually find us either out at a site or tucked away in the back working on something. The GIDC is a busy place, and we’re right in the thick of it. There’s always the sound of trucks passing by and people working nearby. We aren't big on marketing or trying to sound like something we aren't. We just do the work we’re given and try to make sure it’s done right. If there’s a problem, we fix it. It’s not complicated. We value being able to look a person in the eye and give them a straight answer. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of all the activity around us, but that’s just life in an industrial estate. We’ve got a good rhythm going and we know the locals around here. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living, and we’re quite content with how things are going for the most part.
