Fluxteel Insulations Pvt. Ltd. is situated over on Plot No. 33 and 34 in the Gidc Industrial Estate. Having two plots gives us a bit more room to move the materials around, which is helpful because insulation rolls take up a lot of space. It’s a basic industrial setup. We don't have any marble floors or air-conditioned lobbies here. Most of the space is just for storage and the fabrication area. Working in Gidc means we are surrounded by other businesses, so there’s always a lot of coming and going. Our staff is a small group of people who have been doing this for years. We aren't trying to change the world, we just provide insulation to people who need it for their projects. Sometimes the orders are big and we have to work late to get everything loaded onto the trucks. Other times it's a bit slower and we catch up on maintenance. We don’t use any complicated business jargon. If someone calls, they usually talk directly to one of us who knows what’s in stock. We've been at this location for a good while now. It's a dusty environment and the work is mostly manual labor, but it keeps us going. We just focus on getting the measurements right and making sure the materials are handled properly without too much fuss.
