Arbuda Plastochem Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Karan Nagar. We have three plots joined together, 191, 192, and 193/1. It gives us a bit more room than some of the other shops nearby. We handle plastics and chemicals here. The yard is usually full of blue drums and sacks of raw material. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, but it’s a factory, so you expect some mess. We’ve got a small office at the front where we keep the ledgers, but most of the action happens in the back. The workers have their own rhythm. They’ve been doing this for a long time. Karan Nagar is a bit quieter than the big industrial hubs in the city, but we still have our share of traffic. The rain can be a problem sometimes; the yard gets muddy and the trucks struggle to get in. We just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby or leather chairs. We have plastic chairs and a desk that’s seen better days. Our focus is just on getting the batches right and making sure the chemicals are handled properly. It’s a practical business run by people who know the trade inside out. We don’t have any fancy titles, just jobs to do. Everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing and they get on with it.
