Oriental Gums And Biopolymers

We are located at Plot No 1906 in GIDC Chhatral. This is in Phase-II, which is part of the Kalol area in the Gandhinagar district. Oriental Gums And Biopolymers is the name you will see on the gate. It's a big industrial zone, so there are many factories all around us. We work with gums and various biopolymers. It’s a lot of processing work inside the plant. The office is just a small part of the whole building. It smells a bit earthy around here because of the materials we use. We've been in Chhatral for quite a while now. The roads get a bit rough with all the heavy trucks passing by, but that’s expected in a GIDC area. We have a group of people who handle the machines and the daily packing. It's not a quiet office job at all. There's always some noise coming from the equipment in the back. We don't have any fancy brochures or salesmen. We just talk directly to the people who buy our products. Most of our days are spent checking the quality of the different batches. It’s a lot of routine work, but it’s important to us. The North Gujarat weather can be tough, especially in the summer months. We try to keep the place as clean as we can. We are just a local industry doing what we know how to do best each day.
