Electrosteel Casting Ltd.

Our office in Kalol is located at 23-B in the Mayur Housing Society. It’s an interesting spot because we are right behind the railway station. You can hear the trains coming and going all day long, which takes some getting used to. Electrosteel Casting Ltd. has been using this space for a while now. It’s more of a residential-style building turned into a workspace. We share the street with families and a few other small businesses. It’s not a massive factory site like some of our other locations, but it’s where the coordination happens. The rooms are a bit cramped because we have a lot of files and equipment squeezed in. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably just walk right into the middle of someone’s conversation about a shipment. The stairs are narrow, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. We’ve been meaning to get to that, but work keeps us too busy. We mostly deal with the northern Gujarat region from here. The staff mostly comes in from the nearby areas of Kalol or even Ahmedabad. We take our tea breaks at the corner shop and know most of the people on the block. It’s a very local, down-to-earth kind of place to work.
