You can find Shree Raghuvanshi Saw Mill on the Highway Road, right near the GIDC in Kalol. We’ve been at this spot for quite a long time. The sound of saws cutting through timber is what you hear all day long. It’s a noisy and dusty place, but that’s part of the job. We have stacks of wood piled up in the yard, waiting to be processed. Most of our work is local, helping out with whatever construction or furniture needs people have. The highway is always busy with trucks and cars zooming by, but we stay focused on the logs. Our machinery is old but it works perfectly fine. We don't have a fancy office; it’s mostly just a small shack where we keep the ledger and take orders. There is always sawdust on our clothes and in our hair by the end of the day. We don't mind the physical labor. It’s what we know. The air smells like fresh-cut pine and cedar. We have a few regulars who come by for their wood needs, and we always try to have things ready on time. It’s a simple business run by people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. We just keep the mill running and the wood moving out. Some days the weather makes it tough, but we manage to keep the operations going regardless.
