Sharda Industries

Sharda Industries is located at Plot No. 17-18 in Phase-2 of the GIDC. we have a double plot here which gives us a bit more room than some of our neighbors. It’s a standard industrial setup. We have been working from this location for quite a few years now. The space is mostly dedicated to our production line. It's loud and can get pretty dusty, but that is just the nature of the work we do. We have a team of regular workers, many of whom have been with us for a long time. We aren't big on formal meetings or corporate policies. We usually just talk things over during the lunch break or while we are working on the floor. The building is older, so we are always fixing a leak or painting a wall here and there. It’s not a fancy place, but it gets the job done. We stay pretty busy throughout the week. Sometimes we have to work late to get everything finished on time. We don't have a big sign out front, just the plot number and the name on the gate. People in the area know us well enough. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and making sure the machines keep running. It’s a simple operation and we don’t try to make it sound like anything else.
