Satyam Industriea

Satyam Industriea is our little operation over in the Chhatral GIDC, specifically at C-1B-1318 in Phase-1. If you've ever spent time in Chhatral, you know it's a place where people really put in the hours. We are no different. Our shed is usually humming with the sound of the machines from early morning. I usually get here before everyone else to get things ready for the day. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals printed on the walls. We just have a list of what needs to be finished by Friday. The spelling of our name is a bit different, but it’s been that way since the start and we never saw a reason to change it. Being in Phase-1 means we are surrounded by other small shops and everyone kind of looks out for each other. If we need a tool or a bit of help moving something heavy, the neighbors are usually around. It’s a hard-working atmosphere. The floor is concrete and the walls are just plain, but it’s our space and we take care of it. We deal with a lot of local orders and some from further out, but we treat them all the same. It’s about getting the work done without making a big deal out of it. We are just a bunch of guys who know how to run these machines.
