Raylish Packaging

Raylish Packaging is based at Plot No. 1302 in Phase-1 of the GIDC Estate. If you come by, you’ll see a lot of cardboard and plastic rolls everywhere. It’s a packaging unit, so things are naturally a bit cluttered. We’ve been in this same spot for quite a while now. The machines that do the cutting and folding make a rhythmic thudding sound all day long. It’s not a quiet place to work, but we’ve gotten used to it. The team here is small, just a few of us making sure the orders are right. We spend a lot of time checking the tape and the boxes. It’s basic work, but it needs to be done correctly or everything falls apart. The floor is concrete and usually covered in scraps that we sweep up at the end of the shift. We don't have a big reception area or a HR department. If you need something, you just walk in and find one of us. The GIDC can be a bit overwhelming with all the traffic, but Phase-1 is a bit more established. We have our routine and it works for us. It’s just a regular local business trying to stay on top of the daily pile of work. No bells or whistles, just lots of boxes and a bit of hard work every day. We don't think much about the aesthetics of the place as long as the orders go out.
