R. K Electrical Transformers Industries

R. K Electrical Transformers Industries is located at Plot No. 2009 in Phase 2 of the Gidc Estate. If you walk inside, you will see a lot of copper wire and big steel casings sitting around. It’s not a quiet place because of the winding machines and the movement of heavy parts. We have been in this spot for a while now and the walls show it. The floor is concrete and has some oil stains here and there from the equipment. In the afternoons, the sun hits the back of the building and it gets quite warm, so we usually have the fans running full blast. Working on transformers takes a lot of patience and focus, so everyone usually stays pretty quiet while they are working. There is a small area where we keep the finished units before they get loaded onto the trucks. Phase 2 of Gidc is a big area, but our plot is tucked in a way that we get our work done without too much distraction from the main road. We don’t have a big reception desk or anyone in a suit waiting to talk to you. You usually just find one of us near the benches or checking the inventory. It is a straightforward operation where we focus on the electrical components and making sure everything fits together the way it should before it leaves the gate.
