Modern Plaspack

Our facility is found at Plot No. 1901-1902 in Phase-2 of the Gidc Estate. It is a pretty large plot because we need the extra space for all our plastic packaging machinery. The Gidc is a huge industrial area, and Phase-2 has its own busy atmosphere. We have several machines running throughout the day. They make quite a bit of noise, so we have all gotten used to shouting a little to be heard. The smell of warm plastic is just part of the environment here. We have a loading dock where trucks pull in to take away the finished bags and rolls. It can be a bit like a maze inside with all the pallets of stock stacked up high. We try to keep the pathways clear, but it is a constant effort. Our team is a mix of people who have been here for decades and some younger workers just starting out. We do not have a big office with a lot of managers. We just talk to each other directly on the floor if something needs to be fixed or changed. The office is just a small room with a few desks and a lot of old files. We have been in the Gidc for a long time and have seen many other businesses open and close. We just keep doing our work every day. It is a steady life, and it keeps us all busy without any unnecessary fuss or modern trends.
