Khushi Group Of Industries

Khushi Group Of Industries operates out of Plot No. 3548 in Phase- 4 of the Gidc. It’s a large plot and we have quite a bit going on at any given time. With several different sections to look after, someone is always walking from one end of the building to the other. Phase-4 is a bit spread out, so it feels like there is more room to breathe here compared to the older parts of the industrial estate. We spend our mornings coordinating between the different teams to see what needs to be prioritized. It’s a lot of management of small details that eventually add up to the finished product. The office area is functional, with a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don’t worry too much about the decor as long as the work is moving along. There is a constant sound of activity, whether it’s a forklift moving pallets or the sound of the packing machines. We try to stay on top of the maintenance, but with so many moving parts, there is always something that needs a quick fix. It’s a busy environment where we just try to keep things organized and productive throughout the work week. We like the pace here, even if it gets a bit hectic when we have a lot of containers to load up for the morning.
