Hariom Oil Enterprise

Hariom Oil Enterprise is situated at Plot No. 1511, Phase 2, in the GIDC Chhatral area of Gandhi Nagar district. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but this is where the industry is. We’ve been running the oil pressers here for a long time. The whole place smells like seeds and oil, which isn't a bad smell, though it stays in your clothes even after you go home. It’s heavy work, moving bags of raw materials and then handling the finished oil containers. We don't have any fancy robots; it’s mostly just us and a few machines that have seen a lot of use. We keep things simple. We get the seeds in, we process them, and then we sell the oil. There’s no need to make it more complicated than that. Sometimes the market prices change and things get a bit stressful, but we just keep doing what we’ve always done. The yard is usually full of trucks waiting to load or unload, so there’s always a bit of shouting and engine noise going on. We have a small office where we keep the paperwork, but most of the time you’ll find the owner out on the floor with everyone else. It’s a hardworking environment, and we don’t have time for anything that doesn’t help get the job finished.
