Brinda Industries is tucked away at Plot No. C-1, 1301 in Phase-1 of the GIDC. It’s a solid building that’s seen a lot of use over the years. We do various types of industrial work, mostly involving shaping and cutting materials to size. It’s the kind of place where the floor is stained with oil and there’s a permanent smell of cut metal in the air. We don't have a front desk person or a waiting room. If you show up, you just walk in and look for someone who isn't wearing earplugs. We’ve got a small team that knows the routine by heart, so we don't need much supervision. The machines are the main focus, and we spend a lot of time maintaining them so they don't break down in the middle of a job. Lunch breaks are usually taken together on the benches outside, watching the traffic go by on the main GIDC road. We don't put out fancy ads or try to sound bigger than we are. It’s just a workshop where we put in our hours and try to make things that hold up. Some days the heat is tough, and some days we’re running behind, but we always catch up eventually. It’s a steady life and we’re happy to be part of the local industrial community here. Being at Plot No. C-1, 1301 means we're close to everything in Phase-1, which helps with getting our supplies.
