Rajapraba Chit Funds Private Limited

We are situated at Sfn No. 254/3 on Kallai Main Road in the Sankarapuram area of Kallakurichi. Being on the main road means there is always a lot of noise from the buses and lorries passing by. It is a very active part of town. Our office is a simple one-room setup where we manage all the chit fund activities. We have been here for several years and are quite used to the rhythm of the place. The day usually starts with a bit of cleaning and then we settle into the paperwork. There is always a lot of writing to do when you are managing funds like this. We keep everything in big registers that we store on the shelves. People from Sankarapuram and the surrounding villages come in quite often to settle their accounts. We know most of them personally. It is not the kind of place where you need an appointment. You just walk in and talk to whoever is behind the counter. We have a small bench for people to sit on if they have to wait a minute while we finish another task. The walls have a few calendars on them, and we have a small radio that we play quietly sometimes. It is just a normal local business where we work hard and try to stay organized. We don't have any big slogans or fancy promises. We just do the daily tasks of recording payments and managing the chit groups as they come due every month. It is a busy life on the road.
