We are based in Kallakurichi, right on Vilanthangal Road. The specific address is No.2C/5. It’s a busy road, so there’s always a bit of noise from the passing traffic. Kalaiselvi Food Products is the name we use. We’ve been in the Villupuram district for quite a while. The 606202 area is where we grew up and where we decided to set up shop. Our office is pretty basic. We have a few sturdy tables, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of product samples sitting on the shelves. Most of the time, we are busy with the packaging or talking to the farmers who bring us stuff. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of lifting and moving things around. We wear comfortable clothes because the humidity can be a lot to handle. There’s a small tea shop just down the street where we get our snacks. We don’t have a big corporate culture here.
