Giramathin Oli Foundation

Giramathin Oli Foundation is situated in Chinnasalem. Our office is at No. 2 in Santhosh Nagar, which is right in the heart of the village area. The address lists it as P.O. and T.K. because that is how we identify the post office and taluk limits around here. It is a small town, so everyone knows where Santhosh Nagar is. We have a modest space with a couple of rooms where we sit and plan our daily activities. The building is simple and stays quite warm in the summer months. We have a few old fans that help a bit. Most of the time, we are busy with local folks who stop by to talk or ask for help with various things. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who care about the local area. The furniture is mostly mismatched chairs and a large wooden table we use for everything. Sometimes the dust from the road blows in, so we spend a lot of time cleaning up. We don't use any fancy language or have a big marketing plan. We just show up every morning and see what needs to be done. It is a quiet life in Chinnasalem, but there is always plenty of work to keep us occupied. We are just a local group trying to make a small difference from our little corner in Santhosh Nagar.
