Travel Boss

Travel Boss is our little agency located in the Housing Board area of Kalka, right opposite the main bus stand. It’s a very practical location because many of our customers are literally walking off a bus or headed toward one. We handle travel bookings and help people figure out their trips. The office is quite small, with just a couple of desks and some old maps on the walls. It isn't a fancy place with posters of tropical beaches everywhere. We mostly just focus on the computer screens and the phone. Kalka is a busy transit point, so there is always a lot of noise from the buses and taxis right outside our door. We’ve been here for a good while and we know the local routes pretty well. We aren't trying to be a massive travel corporation. We just want to help people get their tickets without too much trouble. Sometimes the internet is slow or the booking systems act up, and we just have to be patient. We have a lot of regular customers from the Housing Board area who come to us every time they need to go somewhere. It’s a simple, straightforward job. We enjoy the hustle and bustle of being near the bus stand. It makes the day go by quickly when there are always people coming in with questions about times and prices. We just do our best to keep things moving for everybody.
