Tube Forged

You can find us over at Tube Forged in Salab Bazar, Kalitala. The area is quite lively and there is always something happening on the street outside. Our workshop is a bit tucked away, but we have been here for a while now. The name Tube Forged is painted on the front, though it has faded a bit over the years from the rain and sun. Inside, the space is filled with the smell of metal and oil. It is a noisy place when we are working, with the sounds of tools and machinery echoing off the walls. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. Most of the floor space is taken up by materials and the stuff we are currently working on. It’s the kind of place where your hands get dirty within five minutes of arriving. We have a small kettle for tea in the corner and that is about as fancy as it gets. The lighting isn't great, but we know our way around the shop well enough. It is a practical environment where we focus on the tasks at hand. We don't really have a public relations person or a marketing budget. We just do our work and let the results speak for themselves. It is a humble setup but it works for us and the people who come to see us.
