You can find us at Plot No.- 65 on Nainan Para Lane in Baranagar. The lane is quite narrow, so it can be a bit of a squeeze when we have deliveries coming in or out. Tindharia Tea Estate Pvt. Ltd. has its main office right here in Nainan Para. It’s a local neighborhood and we’ve been here long enough that the neighbors don't mind the noise we sometimes make. The building itself is just a plain structure, nothing fancy or modern about it. Inside, we have our records and a few rooms where we handle the estate business. It’s often a bit chaotic with papers spread out over the desks and people coming in to talk about the harvest. We don't use any big words or have complicated meetings. We just sit down and figure out what needs doing for the week. Baranagar is a busy place and we are just one small part of it. Sometimes the rain makes the lane muddy and we have to be careful not to track it all inside. We do our own cleaning mostly, so we try to keep things tidy but it’s a working office, so it’s never perfect. We just focus on the tea and the people who work with us.
