Our small company is located in Baramangwa Busty, which is in the Takling area of Kalimpong. We are based out of the home of Kiran Kumar Sharma, at house number 5/77. It is quite a beautiful spot to be working in, especially compared to the busy cities down in the plains. We are surrounded by the hills, and the air is always much fresher up here. We do creative work, and being in such a quiet, natural setting really helps us focus on our projects. Our office is just a simple room with a couple of desks and our equipment. It is not a formal business environment at all. It feels more like a home project that grew into a business over time. We do not have many people coming by since we are a bit far out, but we like the solitude. We spend our days working on various creations and designs. Sometimes we take a walk in the hills when we need a fresh perspective. We are a small LLP and we like to keep things very personal and straightforward. There are no layers of management here. If something needs to be done, one of us just does it. Life in the hills has its own challenges, like the weather or the distance from the main town, but we would not trade it for a city office. We are just local people doing what we love in a place that we call home.
