Balasubramaniyer Hi Tech Food Processor

We are located at 48, Ilupukonam Road in Kalambur. Even though the name says Balasubramaniyer Hi Tech Food Processor, we are just regular people working with some machines. The road out front can get quite muddy when it rains, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the floors at number 48. We process different food items and the machines need constant cleaning and oiling to stay running. Kalambur is a small enough place that everyone knows where Ilupukonam Road is. We have a few big rooms where the processing happens and a small area for keeping the records. It's not a very fancy operation. We wear our work clothes and get our hands dirty every single day. There is always a lot of noise from the motors and the belts spinning around. We try to keep things moving so nothing gets backed up. Sometimes we have to stay late if a big shipment comes in. The light inside isn't the best but we know where everything is by heart now. We don't spend money on decorations or anything that isn't necessary for the work. Most of the time we are just focused on the quality of the food coming off the lines. It’s a steady job and we’ve been at it for a long time. The Ilupukonam Road area is quiet at night but during the day it’s all about the work here.
