Our place, Ysme Poultry And Cattle Farm Private Limited, is located in Bahadur Bagicha Pada. That’s in the town of Bhawanipatna in the Kalahandi district. We operate out of Shyam Sundar Dash’s residence. Having both poultry and cattle means there is double the work. One minute you are dealing with the cows and the next you have to go check on the chickens. It keeps us very busy. The 766001 area is our home. We aren't some distant company with owners who never show up. We are right here on the ground every single day. The work is tough and the Orissa heat doesn't make it any easier, but we just get on with it. We don't have any fancy marketing slogans or anything like that. We just focus on the animals and making sure they are fed and healthy. Sometimes the cattle get stubborn or the poultry needs extra attention, and you just have to handle it. It’s a practical way of living. We spend most of our time in the sheds or out in the yard. The office side of things is just a small part of what we do. It’s mostly about the physical labor and the routine of the farm. We like the quiet life in Kalahandi and just want to keep our farm running properly without any unnecessary drama or complications. Every season brings something new to deal with on the farm.
