Sinapali (Junior) College

We have been here in Sinhapalli for a good while now. The building is right in the heart of Nuapada, so it is easy for the kids to find us. It is a junior college, mostly serving the local families around here. Most of us working at Sinapali (Junior) College live nearby too. It gets pretty busy during the mornings when everyone arrives, and the hallways can be a bit noisy, but that is just how it is with students. We do not have fancy stuff, just the basics like desks, boards, and a few books in the library. Sometimes the fans make a bit of noise, but they keep the air moving during the hot months. The gate stays open during the day for deliveries and visitors. People from the village often drop by to ask about things or just to talk. It is a plain place, nothing too special to look at from the outside, but it does the job. Most of the staff have been here for years and know most of the families by name. We try to keep things running smoothly, even when the power goes out or things get a bit disorganized. It is just a regular part of life here in this part of Odisha. We see the kids grow up, finish their two years, and then head off to whatever is next for them. It is a quiet routine most of the time, and we just keep showing up and doing what needs doing.
