R K Khemca Rice Mill

Working at the rice mill in Village Khariar keeps us very busy, especially when the seasons change. We are located right in the Tehsil Khariar area, which is a place known for its farming. The mill isn't a silent place; there is always the hum of machines and the sound of grain being moved around. We have been operating here for a while and it has become a big part of our lives. The work is physically demanding and we often end the day covered in dust. It is not a corporate office; it is a working mill where things get done. We deal with the farmers from around the district who bring in their harvest. It is interesting to see how the crop looks each year. Sometimes the equipment breaks down and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing a belt or a motor. That is just how it goes with this kind of work. We don't have a polished front office, just a space where we keep the records and talk to the drivers. The village of Khariar is where we belong, and the mill is our main focus. We try to keep things moving so the rice is ready when it needs to be. It is honest, hard work that we take one day at a time. The routine stays the same, but the people we meet always make the day a bit different. We just keep our heads down and work.
