We are located out in Lanjigarh, which is in the Kalahandi district of Orissa. Our specific spot is R-1/3 near the Vedanta Aluminium Ltd area. It’s a bit of a unique location because of the industrial surroundings. Being in this part of the country means we see a lot of activity related to the plant and the people who work there. Our office is pretty basic, just a standard room where we keep our computers and all the accounting ledgers. The heat in Kalahandi can be quite something, so we rely on our fans a lot. We’ve been here for a while, working through the 766027 PIN area. The work is steady, mostly focusing on the numbers and making sure all the regulatory stuff is handled correctly. It’s not the kind of place where you see a lot of tourists, but it’s a vital hub for the local economy. We spend our days typing away and checking figures against receipts. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait it out, but that’s just part of living here. We don't try to sound like a big fancy firm. We are just here to do the job and help out with the financial side of things. It’s a long way from the big cities, but there is a good sense of community among those of us working in this industrial belt. We keep going regardless of the weather.
