Actech

Actech is based right here in the Irrigation Colony. It is a familiar neighborhood for most people in town. We’ve been in this office for a few years now. The space is a bit cramped because of all the tools and parts we keep lying around. We do a lot of technical work, mostly related to repairs and setting up systems. Since we are in the Irrigation Colony, we often get people from the nearby government offices stopping by to ask for help with their equipment. It’s a practical location for us. The morning starts with a lot of noise as the colony wakes up and people start moving to their jobs. We usually have a lot of coffee while we plan out the day’s tasks. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. People just walk in through the front door and find us in the back at the workbenches. It can get a bit messy with wires and components everywhere, but we know where everything is. We try to be helpful to anyone who comes in with a problem. It’s a small operation, mostly just a few of us who have a knack for fixing things. We don't spend money on advertising; word of mouth in the colony usually keeps us busy enough. It’s a steady pace of work and we enjoy being part of this little community. We just keep the tools ready and the doors open for whatever comes next.
