Cartika Online Services (Opc) Private Limited is located at House No 13 in Behera Pada, Kasakendu, Risigaon. It’s right here in Kalahandi, 766002. Since this is an One Person Company, it is a very personal operation. I started this in my own house because I wanted to bring online services to our local area. It’s not some big glass building with a hundred employees. It’s just a room with a desk and some hardware. I spend my days helping people get their stuff online or fixing digital problems they can’t solve on their own. Living in Orissa, specifically in a place like Risigaon, you learn to be practical. I don’t use a lot of big words to explain what I do. I just get the job done. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the connection isn't great, but you find ways to work around it. I’ve lived in this house for a long time, and turning part of it into a business seemed like the right move. I don’t have a marketing team or a fancy logo. Most people find me through word of mouth or by just asking around the neighborhood. It’s a quiet way to run a business, but it suits me well. I take care of the paperwork, the technical stuff, and the customer service all by myself. It keeps me busy and I enjoy the independence it gives me.
